Sync licensing Windchill and Composer (Navigate)

Hi,

I have bought licenses : 12 PTC Author, 10 PTC Contribute and 4 PTC View.

questions:

1. How can I synchronize Windchill with Composer (Navigate) to have a good number of licenses?

2. On the Composer side (Navigate) I cannot assign any license even though it indicates 10 as available.

3. On the Composer side (Navigate): Is it necessary that the ptc_navigate_author licenses be assigned to a group of licenses, for example ptc_navigate_view or ptc_navigate_contr?
