Take the Windchill Satisfaction Survey!

Hey Andrew, 

I am stuck already at the very first page of the survey:   

When pressing ‘Next’  instead of the recommendation to press “Weiter” (as the german UI tell us) I am already stuck at the very first page of the Survey.  That’s a rather bad start IMHO. And for that I don’t like to forward the survey URL to my colleagues (about 350++ users)

The German titles are “PTC-Partner / Wiederverkäufer | Technologieführer | Sonstige (bitte angeben)” , means “PTC Partner / Reseller | Technology Leader | Other (please specify)” .. So I entered “USER” in the 3rd field..   and ..  ..   no chance to continue.   😣

All button texts don’t seemed to be translated. That’s not good. 


Overall: surveys which are asking for personal information on the very first page are  😖   IMHO.

That's a psychological thing. - Asking first the technical things and asking last for the personal information (and that should be optional!) feels much better on the users end.

I crossed checked briefly Italian, french, spanish as well . Same Problem in all languages!   Who is testing this on your end?

I see what you mean, I will let the team know and get that fixed. Thanks for letting us know about the issues! It looks like that page is supposed to be asking for your name and has the wrong labels for non-English versions. We will get that taken care of right away.

And thanks for your feedback on the personal information. I will pass it along as well.
