The availability of the "Raw Material" category in the Link Category field in BOM transfer window

In the BOM Transfer window, under "Made from Part Usage Link", only the Semi-Finished and Mounting categories are available in the Link Category field.  The Raw Material category is not displayed as an available option.  Could you please confirm whether it is possible to enable or use the Raw Material category?
