You can update the SemiFinishedLinkTypeRB.rbinfo file to add any categories that you want/need. 

its located here \Windchill\src\wt\mpm\
(*disclaimer* it's important to understand the implications of doing this. PTC would have had a very good reason to not add it there by default)
