the "History Record.Label"

Hi all

I am doing a report based on the Location Change Record.

One field displayed from the "History Record.Label" is showing these values:

UPDATE
EPP_STATUS_CHANGE
EPP_FINISH_CHANGE

What is the meaning of these values? What do they represent?
