The PTC windchill workspace locked

When I connected the common space ,add a part to workspace .The error happend .And I can not connect the workspace ,and can not connect common space  ,too.

Has some meet this situation ? I need work with PTC and windchill ,but it can not work now .Help ,waiting on line .
