The user is not able to open and see documents/drawings using Creo view by Internet Explorer?

What version of IE?  What version of Creo View?  What version of Windchill?  Can they view part and assemblies or nothing at all?  How are document/drawings published?  As PDFs?  What version of Adobe Acrobat/Reader is installed?
