The Variant Specification is created by the user, but the 100% BOM deliverable is created by the Sit

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.26 We are working with the Options and Variants functionality. Users select the required options and choices, and the Variant Specification is successfully created under the user's account. However, we observed that the 100% BOM deliverable is being created under the Site Administrator account instead of the user who created the Variant Specification. We would like to understand: Why is the 100% BOM deliverable being created by the Site Administrator? Is this the expected system behavior? Is it possible to configure the system so that the 100% BOM deliverable is created under the same user account that creates the Variant Specification? Expected Behavior: The 100% BOM deliverable should be created under the user account that creates the Variant Specification. Current Behavior: The Variant Specification is created by the user, but the 100% BOM deliverable is created by the Site Administrator. Please advise on whether this can be configured and share any related settings or best practices.
