I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS16

CAD Part - 254440227_.prt, A.1 could not be deleted/purged. There are objects associated to it through EPMBuildHistory link.

Here are the errors that I faced

Take a look at this article

Attempting to delete the latest iteration or revision of an autoassociated Part fails with "[PART] could not be deleted/purged. There are objects associated to it through EPMBuildHistory link" in Windchill PDMLink

I found it by doing a search in the Technical Support Knowledge Base with the error you reported.
