There is no Cache designated vault or active folder for Cache designated vault on Local Main Site.

Can not enable the master site

Hi Maung,

Have you tried executing "Toggle Enabled" for the vault? Please refer the section "Verify that the vault is Enabled and not Read only" in below support article.
