Thumbnail dose't appears in Windchill

Hi frendz,

i am using Creo 2.0 and Windchill 11.0

In Windchill, the thumbnail(Creo view) does't appears for some files but other files showing fine.

So, do need to specially designate anything while uploading into Windchill to show the thumbnail?

Guys could you help me to solve this issue?

Hi When you specify for some data thumbnails does not appear in windchill, would you please provide more details on in which case thumbnails are not getting generated.As well do you have representation created for such data sets?

Usually if part do not have solid geometry or is a skeleton in such thumbnail are not generated
