Title in the IMPORT/EXPORT template

Make a Import template just like this (in Excel)

'-' this is some values and A, B, C is the title of these values.

and then export these values using this template, only i can see "String ~~"

How can i see these titles in the template?

Cause the number of column titles are 250, in my template
