I am using Windchill ProjectLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.8

How can we use the Baseline feature in the ProjectLink for planning the Project. How can we identify the difference in the Estimated start/Finish and actual start/finish date & time i.e. delay in the project plan with help of the Baseline creation and comparison of Baselines.

Hi @AD_11027452 It is simple. If you create a plan for a project you should create baseline for the Project Plan before the project plan is started After the baseline of project plan is created, you can see a comparation information in the baseline table. You just chose what baseline is compared to actual state.

    Hi @AD_11027452

You have to set the active baseline

then go to the schedule and set a Variance view.

.in this view there are baseline columns

thanks that you could se difference between actual state and the baseline state

It is variance column of the attribute as start duration or finish

variance is a deference between actual Start/Finish and baseline Start/Finish and others attributes.
