I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.9

Hi @Gucio ,

 

Please note that now the plugin used for File Synchronization comes bundled with Eclipse.

 I see you were able to resolve this issue by downloading Eclipse Plugin from Marketplace.

 

Also same is documented in CS343591 - "ant -f bin/tools.xml eclipse_project.help" Command that describes Eclipse IDE installation is outdated pointing to invalid FileSync address in Windchill PLM

 

I will make this comment as resolution and close the thread.

Does the Eclipse log show what repository you cannot connect to? Do you perhaps have firewall rules preventing the connections, just a guess?

It was not problem with firewall. in the meantime PTC has created CS378621 article - installation form Eclipse Marketplace works fine.
