Unable to get my resulting objects to change state?

My primary business object changes state just fine but cannot get my resulting objects to change state.  I done the instructions per CS124047, PTC Windchill help Change management transitions and refine and revise and still no luck getting the resulting objects to change state.  Any ideas?

I have tried with all three lines, one each and the first two together.

Do you have the appropriate review/refine transitions defined on the data on the Resulting objects?

Hi Jeff,  Thanks for the response.  I believe I have those Transitions set correctly?

Did you refresh the Lifecycle template for the data after making the changes to the Lifecycles?  If not they are still using the older version of the Lifecycle and won't see these Transitions.

You can do this manually in the UI or if there is a large amount of data you might consider the steps in the related article
