Unable to retrieve the file & The server cache that you are attempting to connect to is owned by another user

Hi Everyone,

I am completely new to the windchill, while i am connecting the the windchill server the warning i am getting like " The server cache that you are attempting to connect to is owned by another user".

Can you help me how to resolve this issue.?

In addition to this , if i ignore the warning message and continue to the workspace, i am unable to open the CAD files in Creo. Getting another warning says " Unable to retrieve the file" . Please help me to resolve the issues.
