Unable to start windchill after installing 12.1.2 (fresh install)

We have done a clean install(second time) of PTC Windchill pdmlink 12.1.2 and we get the following issues

 

Any insights into this - anyone with similar kinda exoerience?

 

This is on windows 2019 server

The httpd.exe was not running. Also we could upload the licenses. That resolved it

The method server log shows that it started up successfully. The error in the method server log shows that you don't have licenses. That means that it will shut down after 6 hours. Is your problem that your instance is shutting down?
