Unable to start Windchill Directory Server

Hi all,

I have Installed Windchill DS 11.2 

While Installing Windchill PDMLINK I need to Start Windchill directory server but when I open it, It automatically quit and no response neither I am getting any error

What could be the problem? I am starting it from windows search option.

    Run it As Administrator

    Be sure your account is in the Administrator group.

    There is no option to run it as Administrator

    only open option is there and when I click on it opens this window

    which quit automatically after few seconds.

    Open a CMD prompt as administrator. Then run control-panel.bat in order to launch.

    Scenario 1: Right-Click on Control panel.bat (DS) & Run as administrator.

    Scenario 2: Check is DS is running as Services. If so stop the service & run the Control Panel.bat in administrator mode.

    Scenario 3: Open CMD in administrator Account & Define the location. Later, Run the Control Panel.bat.
