Question

Unable to view THUMBNAILS

I did custom check-in my 3D model as MODELS AND VIEWABLES. but for some reason, I'm unable view the 3D in thumbnail window - refer image.

i'm using windchill 11.1 M020-CPS08

Does the viewable get generated and is viewable in CreoView?

Check the publishing log and see if the thumbnail is being created and saved or created and not being saved.

Is your publishing machine on a separate workstation or your Windchill server?

If you use custom check-in from creo and you use MODELS and VIEWABLES options, then the viewable file is generated by your Creo instance.

Some times it take a while then the ZIP file is processed by a server.

Also it can be an another issue .

I've seen sometimes that the thumbnail was zoom out from the design and it was too small to see it in that window.
