Undo checked out option is enable even without checked out part/assembly?

Dear Community,

I observed that in file window undo checked out option is shows enable even without doing checked out part/assembly. I think it should be visible only after part is checked out. Please refer below image. Any option available to set it disable & if not let me put on product IDEA

Minor thing to worry about. It just comes back with a message: Cannot cancel checkout of <part|assy|draw> because it is not checked out.

No harm, no foul.

There are a lot more issues that need corrected in Creo before a menu being greyed out that does nothing is addressed.

In 9.x Windchill can be configured to let a user check out an Under Review item. If the Under Review Promotion is Rejected while the item is Checked Out the item remains Under Review and requires an Admin to move the status back to Concept. It's the software equivalent of the Chinese Finger Trap.

That's an item that should have been addressed.
