Update WTPart

Here is a scenario: Some parts are already loaded to windchill. Now if we want to update some of the custom attribute values for those loaded parts, what is the ideal way of doing it without changing its version?

It will depend on the state of your parts. If they are at a design state, check-out, update and check-in. If they are released, that will require someone with admin privileges to do. The iteration will change but not the revision. The version will be incremented by the iteration change.

There is NO way to do what you want without the iteration and thus the version changing,
