Updating to Apache 2.4.58

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS16

We are reviewing security concerns throughout our systems...

Are we able to update Apache to 2.4.58 running 11.1 M020-CPS16?
