Upgrade 10.1 to 10.2

Hi All,
Has anyone completed an upgrade of Arbortext Content Manager from 10.1 to 10.2 successfully?
From the documentation which I have read, there does not seem to be a clear upgrade path, or I am missing the right documentation.
All documentation seems to indicate a clean server install with a database and file vault migration?

Any insights would be appreciated.

Not an Arbortext expert per se but that's what has you do for all upgrades.
