Upgrade error executing a JavaMigratorDirective with className=wt.org.PopulateUserFullNameFields

Upgrading from Windchill 10.1 M050 to Windchill 11 M030. This task is failing when trying to configure JNDI enterprise adapter.

The nested exception, AuthentiationException is given below. How can I verify/specify the userid/password to the UpgradeManager?

After the first time providing this information during Gather Upgrade Properties phase, the UpgradeManager UI does not provide a way to verify/re-specify the values.
