URL Link object-Policy Administration

Hi All,

I am trying to determine if I can set up Access Control Rules around the URL Link object. This type exists in the Type Manager which makes me believe I should be able to set up access around it but I cannot seem to find it in the Type list when creating an ACR. Can anyone offer guidance on how to find the Type value to select to set up access around this URL Link Object?
