URL Link Policy Administration

What WTObject type should I use to add an access rule to modify an URL Link?

Because an organization level account can change it but the lowest levels cant edit them and curiously can delete them instead. Or is there any way to do it?

I am struggling with the same issue. I need to understand how to control access to the URL Link object. Did you get any closure on this item?

I still got no clue of it. I've tried some options but with no luck. Still waiting for a response while resolving some other issues. If I find any solution I will notify you.

It doesn't look like URL Links are access controlled per https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS56701‌. There may be some hard-coded checks in place to determine what a particular type of user can do, but it doesn't look like these can be modified via ACLs.
