User experiences a window in WGM that has text smaller than any other window

WC environment. Users running WC 10.2 M040 with IE11 and Jave 17 67. We have all other users in our company with all the same configurations without this issue.

It should be a font setting in IE 11. Did you check the text size from Page > Text size.

On a side note, I guess you are on 10.1 M040 and I don't think IE 11 is supported browser for your version of Windchill
