User Issue After Converting to MS AD
I converted my users from WindchillDS to MS AD over the weekend. There were three users that seem to have issues reported in Windu. Their current domain does not match their Default domain. When I try to do the fix per the instuctions, it does not keep. There are no log errors. I am on Windchill 11.1 m020 cps 28.
User <username> is not in default domain
Current domain: [/]/User/Unaffiliated
Default domain: [/wt.inf.container.OrgContainer=<org>]/<org>
Because user belongs to organization: <org>
************** FIX INSTRUCTIONS ****************************************************************************************
First check if all the Organizations are in the correct domain. If not, update them and re-run the WinDU
Go to Site -> Utilities -> Participant Administration
Search and add the User listed with incorrect domain using the Participant Picker (Add Participant)
Edit the User and update the domain of the User to correct domain
