Users are unable to create a Product when selecting a specific Product Template.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.1.2 Users are unable to create a Product when selecting a specific Product Template. During the creation process, Windchill returns an error and the Product is not created. Please find the Method Server error attached. We have already verified the following: Users belong to the Product Creators group. Permissions required to create Products have been reviewed and appear to be correctly configured. Other Product Templates can be used successfully. The issue seems to be related only to this specific Product Template. Additionally, the Method Server error references a user account that no longer exists in Windchill and belongs to a former employee. The user that has permission to create a Product is A.
