I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.1.2 Users are unable to create a Product when selecting a specific Product Template. During the creation process, Windchill returns an error and the Product is not created. Please find the Method Server error attached. We have already verified the following: Users belong to the Product Creators group. Permissions required to create Products have been reviewed and appear to be correctly configured. Other Product Templates can be used successfully. The issue seems to be related only to this specific Product Template. Additionally, the Method Server error references a user account that no longer exists in Windchill and belongs to a former employee. The user that has permission to create a Product is A. The B, is the user that doesnt belong to company anymore Here are the errors that I faced 2026-07-02 16:21:00,083 ERROR [ajp-nio-127.0.0.1-8010-exec-146] wt.access.evaluation.report falves - "A" does not have Read permission for "User - B" in Administrative Domain "Site, Organization - 123 / 123" 2026-07-02 16:21:00,130 ERROR [ajp-nio-127.0.0.1-8010-exec-146] wt.org.StandardOrganizationServicesManager "A" - Unable to roll back group members removal for the group @813542106_ORG; (wt.fc.fcResource/32) wt.fc.ObjectNoLongerExistsException: Cannot restore "wt.org..."

Yeah, we’ve seen similar to this issue. You’ll need to update your product template to remove the invalid user account. That is (most likely) what’s blocking people from using this product template.

Hi @MarianaSousa,

You may need to check the product template to see if it is causing the behavior.
Also, verify whether any custom class or customization is being triggered during product creation.

@MarianaSousa  changes made to existing products will not affect the template .

Make changes needed to an existing  product and save it as a template to be used for create other prods

Use an existing product with same template as new template after removing deleted user .
