Users of one region belonging to one domain are not able to login to Windchill.

Windchill is configured with AD group which has users from 3 domains. Suddenly it stopped working for 1 domain, is there anything needed to be done at Windchill end?

What does the MS Logs catch?

 

The cause may be outside Windchill. You need to check the logs.

    @Hari_Vara  Yes, you are correct. It is found to be an issue in active directory for a particular domain.
