Version: Windchill 12.0

 

Use Case: My Vault directory is full. how to configure new directory?


Description:

Hello Everyone,

 

I am new to system admin role. we have windchill vault drive which is almost full. 

could you please help to understand step wise how we can configure new drive ?

Click the "New Folder" icon. Choose the desired vault (whatever the main vault is called (not defaultuploadvault)

  • Create the logical directory on the computer
  • Site > Utilities > Vault Configuration
  • Create a new folder, and point it to the logical directory created earlier
