Vault File Trace back Query

Good Morning All,

Has anyone developed a query or a report that would give you vault path,
owners username, Windchill Name, etc. from the vault file name
(0000000044ce6e)? I have a bunch of files in the defaultuploadvault from
years ago, and I'd like to trace them back to who created them etc. and
what they are. Any help would be appreciated.

Attached has the needed relationships. It goes the other way - from a Document Number it gives the vaulted filename. Can likely be reversed w/o too much effort to give the Document Number given the vaulted filename. With the Doc Number, can see all from the details pages, or collect all and feed these into a report.

Note the needed types and joins:
Document <holder to=" content="> Application Data
Application Data < Stream Data > FVItem
