Viewing Windchill data offline

We have a scenario where we need to view a WT structure offline, the user will be at a test facility with no internet connection and needs to see both visualisations and structure with expressions. We can export the PVZ for visualisation and export a Excel of PDF of the structure tab but where we have more than 1 occurance of a part we might have different expressions against them and its impossible to know which is which from the visualisation.

Anyone have any ideas?
