A customer reports this behavior to me from both browser and wgm.
you do not see the search commands.
what can it depend on?

I had the problem last week where the search box did not appear.  Is that the same thing?

 

I just had to refresh the page.

    It is clearly not a page refresh issue.

    the search bar does not appear at all
