WC 10.1 Baseline creation problems

Hi all,

I'm currently running an instance of WC10.1 for evaluation and so far all has been going swimmingly, however today I discovered that no participants can create a baseline, not even wcadmin or orgadmin? Each receives the following message;

"ATTENTION: Action Unavailable.

You do not have create permission for this object. Please contact your system administrator."

What special privilages are required to allow baseline creation?

I noticed that based on the case you raised that you were able to resolve this by enabling the Lifecycle referenced in the OIR. Glad you got it figured out!

Thanks Lori, I don't have that entry in my Policies. That said, I think this problem is only a symptom of a bigger issue. I've raised a support call for it.
