wcadmin does not have permissions on Windchill 11.0

unable to find utilities in wcadmin user.

we are using Windchill 11.0 and suddenly the wcadmin permissions are not to be seen.

neither we can see the data including the demo data or search using advance search

Did the wcadmin account have the permissions previously?

Has something changed in your configuration?

Does another account have admin privileges?

Is this a new installation?

Thank you for the reply.

Yes wcadmin had administrator permissions earlier.

nothing changed just check when we had to renew the license

this is the only user we had

this is an old installation.

This can happen if wcadmin was added to a license profile.

Yes in couple of kb articles we got this information however we can see only blank window in sites. hence unable to identify if wcadmin was added to a license profile.

any other option we can we reset the settings of wcadmin to have full rights would be appreciated.
