I am using Windchill PDS - Internal Site Release N/A and Datecode with CPS N/A

We have Creating's RFQ Review processer and we have set intimation Mails but users are not getting Mails

    1. Have you verified that the mail server settings are correctly configured and active in Windchill?
    2. Is the issue affecting all RFQ workflows or only specific ones?
    3. Are there any errors or warnings in the Windchill logs related to email delivery?
