How to Set Acess Policy for NC Programmer role so that they can only View the Released Design Part Documents(EPM Document) and able to Create, Modify, NC Machining File(Manufacturing File) in In Work State.?

They should have Read-only rights to the released engineering documents in the product folders.

They should create their own assembly file in a manufacturing folder and use that for all NC programming tasks.
