What is Describes Part Relation. How is it Different from Uses Relation ?

In my Relationship Browser.

For an  CAD assembly , i can see there different relations linked. What is difference between "Uses" Relation and "Describes Part" Relation.

Uses implies part of where used or used by for that part.  Describes means that it is a CAD document specifically for that WTPart in some capacity.  Really no different then a described by on a wtdocument (non cad document file like MS Word)

In some cases associations are to iteration, version, or master.
