What is purpose of "Available Attribute ID" in windchill, how i can use this.

Hi,

while going through the Type and Attribute Manager for Attribute, found a "Available Attribute ID" field, but on help page not found any thing related to this.

if you know, please explain the purpose and where and how this field is useful in Windchill.
