When calculating a FMEA type component the "Item Failure Rate" changes to 0

Hello!

I have a FMEA type Component with a lot of items and modes. When i try to calculate the "mode failure rate" all items "item Failure Rate" changes to 0. I have tried to make a new FMEA in the same system, this time type Functional. When i sett the "item Failure Rate" and calculate everything works fine. I'm not sure what brakes the first FMEA, the amount of work to recreate my old one to a type Functional would be massive.
