When the track work is 100%,system send an informational mail

Hello there,

We started using ProjectLink. Since last week. I have something to ask of me. When the person to whom the relevant resource is assigned makes the Work rate 100%, send to mail the system to the administrator.

Managers went to know about the closing business. is there any solution suggestion?
