where can we get jre 1.8.0_311 version for windchill 11.1

Hi all,

We are informed to update

C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_251

C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_192

to any fixed version

1.7.0_321 / 1.8.0_311 / 1.11.0_13 / 1.17.0_1 <-- where can i find these version of jre ? to replace files in respective location in windchill server
