Which roles can create Plan in windchill

Is Plan creation restricted to only the Product manager Role?

Through ACLs, you should be able to open it up to anyone you wish but check license templates as well.

Look at the Configure Actions for Roles capability under Team for the project. You have the following options for all the various Roles.

    Maybe I am doing something wrong, because this doesn't work for me.... but what can be assigned to someone other than the context owner is severely limited

    Dear @JBailey & @ScottMorris  @avillanueva 

     

    this is the understanding we have,

    who so have "Create plan" permission, that becomes permission for  FULL Control of the product as default...,  

     

    My question is,

    Can we have a role who have "Create plan" permission and does not have Full control of the product?
