Why am I able to see the Open in Creo View Icon from Server side workspace but not embedded workspace for WTPart?

I've updated, synced and refreshed my WC10.1 M030 embedded workspace, but still unable to see the Creo View icon.  Is this intended functionality?  My server side workspace is showing the icons.

Hi Bill,

I would reinitialize the WGM Cache first to analyse this.

Thanks Shashi,

I will try that.  But for reference, I just started with a brand new .cache2008 cache folder yesterday and the workspace was also created new yesterday.  If the icon's are supposed to be there then I will continue to try and get it resolved.
