I created new roles, but they are not Visible in advanced LifeCylceMangement. Where is my issue?

The issue depands how have you added the roles.

Do you add them in web GUI from org level? if yes that roles can not be used in lifecycle management and workflows.

You need to add the roles by enumcustomize aplication from windchill shell.

Starting in 12.1.1.0 this can be done directly from the user interface without using the enumcustomize utility. PTC is trying to move away from anything that directly modifies the codebase because that's not permitted in a hosted scenario (like Windchil+).
