Windchill 10.1 Multiple Java Log on windows.

Hey,

Several of our people are experiencing multiple Java log on windows when using Windchill. They regularly see 2 or sometimes 3 log on windows appear in short order, one after the other. This is before they even enter in their user id and password. (See screenshot.)

We have had to install and upgrade IE and Java past the officially supported versions for security reasons, so I am not surprised by this happening, but am wondering if there is a workaround?

The java console output might give an indication of why your users are getting so many login windows. Have one of your users enable tracing in the Java Control Panel. On the Advanced tab of the Java Control Panel, under Debugging, check the Enable tracing box. Then, restart the browser and recreate the issue. Then check what the Java Console output shows.
