windchill 10.2 Change Notice add/delete participants

More specifically, the question was while in a change notice, under the process tab, how to add or delete participants.

I have been advised by our windchill admin that it is a matter of permissions. With permissions a green plus sign to add,

and a red minus sign to remove will be available.

...You're allowed to set one of your own posts to your own question as the Correct Answer and therefore give yourself account points?
