Windchill 10.2 Delegation Question

Hello,

Does anyone know of a way within Windchill 10 to have the system check before I delegate, if the person I am delegating my work to is of the same level or higher than myself? I am thinking either by comparing roles or maybe access levels.

Any ideas would be helpful.
