windchill 10.2 "recently accessed" tab is not showing up recently visited objects.

There is a preference which controls this, it is under Display > Recently Visited List Size.

Also ensure that the property, wt.recent.disableRecentUpdateCreation in wt.properties is set to false.

Hi Pradeep,

In addition to preference Binesh Kumar‌‌ suggests, this preference is user level preference. It means if the value of this preference at Site or Organization level is set to lets say 10 and same preference value at user level is 0 (zero), then Recently Accessed list will show no records.

If you have set the preference and you are still not getting anything, check the MethodServer logs.  There are several articles in the PTC Support Knowledge Base about the Recently Accessed list.  Sometimes it gets corrupted and the table has to be cleaned out.  We've had to do this for some of our users.
