Windchill 10 wont create thumbnail

Hi to all,

I have a problem with Windchill 10.0-it wont create thumbnail neither viewable. I have configured PROE worker and it is working. When I click on part it is saying: Sent to publisher , Select WVS Job Monitor for job status. WVS Job Monitor displays that job status is ready, not succesfull.! After 600 seconds I get that the job have failed.

The error that I get is- Helper: Timed out waiting for progress message from worker.

I have configured PROE worker for, 15,30,90 and even 120 seconds and nothing is working.

Do you have any idea what is the problem?

I hope you are having the right Proe version. (For windchill 10 - Wildfire 4.0 M190 or higher)

Also, the file transfer configuration (mapping folder etc) is configured properly.
